California 2014 Day 4

Heading north on Pacific Coast Highway 1

Our destination is Hearst Castle just visible at the top of the mountain

Waiting for the bus to take us up the winding 5 mile road to the castle

Our tour starts in the grand living room full of old European relics and antiques

Overnight in Marina north of Monterey - a Motel 6 that charges for internet access - we were incensed!  (And no shampoo either!)

Final stop ... Carmel-by-the-Seas

..to watch the sunset....
