Day 11 - Amalfi Coast Drive in a Fiat 500

Another beautiful morning on the terrace overlooking Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples

Another delicious breakfast ....

Before heading north to Rome, we decide to drive the Amalfi Coast peninsula -
2+ hours of James Bond-esque hairpin turn roads hugging the cliffside
overlooking the dazzling Mediterranean...

Except for occasional stops, it is very hard to take photos while driving with all the twists and turns...
but I did manage a few much to someone's consternation!

Road is shared with cars, buses, vespas and, upon occasion, very old nonnos....

Returning the Fiat 500 at Fiumicino Airport ... a very sad moment for Mum ....

Heading to our last stop ...Roma ... the Termini rail station on the Leonardo Express
